This is a blend of coffee from Africa and South America. It was created to give you the flavor notes of an Ethiopian coffee but to balance those out with a natural process Brazilian coffee.
The name was inspired by a specific public access to a creek flowing through the Ozarks. Owners Matthew and Caleb spent many summer afternoons in this beautiful area. This coffee reminded them of the feeling of a bright summer day at the creek. Whether you are brewing to start your day or setting up your camp brewer on the river side, this coffee is great for any occasion.
